- 2023 Historic Properties Survey Update Report (Resolution No. 95-2023)
The Downtown Stuart Historic Properties Survey Update Report for 2023 was examined by the board. The board approved the report by passing Resolution No. 95-2023 following a lengthy debate. There was unanimous approval of the resolution. - Presentation Update on the East Stuart Historic Properties Survey Report and Neighborhood Designation as a National Register of Historic Places District
The East Stuart Historic Properties Survey Report and its listing as a National Register of Historic Places District were discussed in a presentation. After hearing the presentation, the board talked about any possible ramifications for the neighborhood.
Staff Update
The board received updates on ongoing community activities and redevelopment projects from Pinal Gandhi-Savdas, Executive Director of the CRA.
